Preschool Graduation

Kindergarten is next - Braden graduated from Preschool.  He's so excited to now be ready for Kindergarten.  I hope that this excitement for school continues!!!  We have been blessed to have such wonderful teachers...Mrs Fowler and Mrs Robinson.

 

T-Ball

Baseball Boy - Braden started T-Ball this year and Aaron is coaching.  He's so excited and loving it.  I think Aaron is just as excited.  He stocked up on all the gear and we are set!  This was at his first practice.  Such a cutie!

Swimming Lessons

Little Fish - The boys took some basic swimming lessons.  They loved it and the instructor said they were both just like little fish.  No fear here which is why we did them.  They learned a few strokes but most importantly how to float.  It was a fun time!

Happy Mother's Day

Wonderful Day - The boys and Aaron treated me to a special Mother's Day.  I have a wonderful family and am so thankful for them!

School Picnic

Schools almost out - The boys had a wonderful time at the School Picnic.  They jumped with their friends in jumpy houses and had lots of fun.  It was a nice evening with some of their school friends.

 

Our First Garden

Gardening Success - The boys and I planted a garden this year in the back yard.  It has been a lot of fun preparing the garden, keeping it watered and they harvesting our crops. 

With our first pick of Zucchini, Aaron grilled some for dinner.  When I asked Braden if he was going to eat it, he said "NO".  I said that he needed to eat the vegetables that we were growing and he replied "....next year I'm going to make a fruit garden!"  That is one smart little boy. 

Needless to say, he ate the zucchini and yellow squash and really enjoyed it.  So did Reece and Zachary.  We'll definitely be doing this again next year!

Look Mom No Training Wheels

No More Training Wheels - Braden's training wheels were slowing him down so he let us take them off.  He quickly learned how to ride and we were able to catch one of his early rides with no training wheels.  Nice Job Braden!!

Squawk'n Mamma Hen - Zachary and the boys enjoy watching Mamma Hen lay her eggs and put them back in her.  Lots of laughs with this plush from Hallmark. 

Recycling Truck

Preschool Activity - The preschoolers had the opportunity to see a Recycling Truck up close.  Braden loved this and has always loved Recycling Trucks so this was quite a treat!

Clemson Baseball Boy

Bat and Ball - Zachary loves to run around with his Clemson bat and ball.  Maybe he'll be a Clemson Tiger...that would make mommy happy!

Photographer Reece

Say Cheese - Reece loves to grab my camera and take pictures.  The original was a little further out but when zooming in turned out great.  I think I have a photographer on my hands!  I discover photos on my camera and phone all the time!

Easter Bunny

Goodies Galore - The Easter Bunny arrived at our house and the boys searched for their baskets.  They then picked up a bunch of eggs in the backyard.  GG and Grampa were in town and we went to a beautiful Easter Service followed by some breakfast.  Bunny cookies with milk that GG made were a big hit!

 

Cupig Shuffle



 

Favorite Dance - Zachary loves to dance the Cupig Shuffle.  He moves his shoulders from side to side which is so cute!  Go Zach Go!

 

 

Krispy Kreme

Donut Adventure - Uncle Robert sent the boys some Valentine's Day cards from Krispy Kreme.  When we arrived, the HOT LIGHT was on and donuts were being made.  It was so much fun and not only did the boys pick out a sprinkle covered donuts but they also got some warm ones off the production line.  What a YUMMY treat!!

 

 

 

   

 

Card Sharks

Game of Cards - The boys and I were playing some Uno while Aaron cooked dinner.  They got the funny idea to wear their sunglasses.  Little did I know we had some card sharks in our house!  It was a fun game of cards!

Blizzard 2013 - Part II

Storm Q - We finally made it out sledding today.  The boys played on he deck a bit which has the most snow due to the wind blowing it over there and it piling up.  They made some snow angels and jumped around in the thick powder. 

Prior to sledding we helped a co-worker of Aaron's shovel off their driveway.  The kids were anxious to go sledding and tried on a make-shift hill...what the snowplow made.  Finally made it over to the park and they had a blast!  I don't know where they get their energy.  Reece must have run down the hill as much as he went down on a sled.

Braden's friend Chase was able to join us which was special.  The boys all had fun....even Zach who went down once with Aaron. 

Blizzard 2013 - Part I

Storm Q - It started off snowing slowly and then between 6am and 11am we got dumped on.  The snow is gorgeous and we had fun playing in it.  The neighbor boys were out too so we built several forts, jumped off of piles of snow and did some driveway sledding.  It was a lot of fun!!

Smart boy

Shoes - the boys each have a locker in our mud room and they know to take their coats and shoes off and put them away.  Well, even Zach knows this.  While in our kitchen I asked Zach to put his shoes away and he starts walking towards his locker...too cute.  I caught him in action putting his shoes away.  Will this still be the case when he is 13?

Happy Valentine's Day

Sweet Day - The boys got some special gifts for Valentine's Day.  Swords from GG and Grampa, Leapster games from Grandma and Papa and some sweet treats from everyone....even Krispy Kreme Valentine's from Uncle Robert!  We are still getting through the cookies and candy....hope it is gone before Easter!

KU Fans

Daddy and his Jayhawks - I needed an updated photo of Aaron and the boys in their KU gear.  Thought the pics turned out great!  While the boys look cute in Crimson and Blue, deep down I hope one goes to Clemson!  :-)
