Happy Birthday Reece

Look whose 1 - Reece turned one on Saturday. I can't believe my little Reece is already a year old! We had such a good time with family and friends!

Say Cheese - Reece will soon be 1 year old so we had some professional photos taken. They turned out really cute. Of course, we picked out our favorites to have prints made but wanted to share some of the "out takes". He was loving the camera.

Reece's 1st haircut

A little trim - Just a little trim off of the back of Reece's neck. It was a little too long for a little boy. Plus, we had his one year photos just around the corner. Reece was not crazy about the haircut but we all survived.

Come out and Play!

Play Date - We met up with some friends to burn off some energy and to have fun. GG, Braden, Reece and myself met up with friends Lisa and Aubrey. I think we'll be heading back as it was perfect for Reece (the crawler) and Braden (the climber, runner, jumper, etc...)! It was a wonderful morning!

Moving Day

Our new house - On June 21st, we moved just down the road from our old house. We're getting settled in and are already making memories at our new place!

Thomas the Train

Thomas the Train - we took the boys to Baldwin City, KS to see Thomas the Train. It was such a great day! We wore them out and everyone...including us moms all crashed!

Memorial Day 2010

Fun in the Sun - We had a wonderful time in Ohio with my family over the weekend. Plenty of fish were caught, we hit the beach to play in the sand, did some swimming, relaxed and celebrated my mom and dad's 40th Wedding Anniversary. It was a special time together!

Delicious

Delicious - We love to eat in these fancy sundae dishes but instead of ice-cream used them for strawberry shortcake. Braden enjoyed it so much he told me it was DELICIOUS! That was a first. I guess I get a "pat on the back" for that one! Never the less, we've already had strawberry shortcake several times with a "delicious" each time.

Clinton Lake

Boat Ride - We took the boat out for a ride one weekend when Brian was in town. The kids loved the fresh air and it was nice to get out for a bit. It is great having Clinton Lake just a few miles away!

Graduation from Tumbling

"Ta Da" - Braden graduated from Tumbling class and did an awesome job. He loved throwing balls around the most but also enjoyed the big trampoline that they had along with the balance beam and other fun things to crawl over. The best part was being able to run around with his buddy Chase. They both did great!

Rock Star

Jam Session - Reece loves to play with Braden's toys. He discovered this guitar and was caught singing and playing. Do we have a future musician on our hands???

Yummy im My Tummy!

Mmmmm Pizza - after tumbling one afternoon we all went and ate some yummy pizza. It was a fun time and the boys ate well after an energetic tumbling class.

Crawling - You can do it Reece! Just put a favorite toy in front of him and he'll crawl after it. Some of Reece's first attempts at successfully crawling. Watch out world...he's on the move!

Tumbling Class

Jump ~ Jump - on Saturday's Braden participates in tumbling class with his friend Chase. They boys hav a great time running, jumping and hanging around. Most of the time they have a ball in their hand but other times he's walking on the balance beam, jumping on the trampeline or hanging on the uneven bars. We have such a great time!

On the verge of crawling

Crawling - Reece is on his way to crawling. He loves to rock back and forth. Pretty soon he'll be on the move!

Cookie - Reece enjoyed his first cookie. He was a quite a mess but really enjoyed it.
