Homer
All Grown Up - We pulled out Homer the other day for Reece to use and he absolutely loved it. Homer was a gift to Braden from Santa on his 1st Christmas (2007). Braden, of course, saw Reece get on so wanted a turn. It about broke my heart to see my once little Braden too big to fit on Homer. Where does the time go? I better not blink because I'm sure that Reece is right behind him! 
Learning to Read

Sippy Cup
From bottle to cup - Reece is trying out his new sippy cup. He enjoys chewing on it more than drinking out of it. He definitely likes it though and is learning how to use it rather quickly!

A trip to the zoo
The Topeka Zoo - it was a gorgeous weekend when GG and Grampa came to visit so we went to the zoo. We had a lot of fun and it was nice to get some fresh air after being kept indoors all winter. The animals appeared happy to see us too! It was fun!

Out of sight...
Washing Dishes - One night while I was getting Reece ready for bed, Braden decided to "wash dishes" using all of the extra soaps, tooth brushes, shampoo and other toiletries for guests. At least he is neat....right?

#1 Helper
Winter snow - Braden enjoyed helping his dad on this snowy day. Not only did he help by shoveling the driveway with Aaron but he also knocked off all of the icicles on his daddy's truck. Such a good little helper!

Happy 6mos Birthday Reece!
Time Flies - I can't believe that Reece is already 6mos old. Boy how time flies!! I just love his rosey cheeks! He is one happy baby....it was not hard to get him to smile, laugh or pose for the camera.

Christmas 2009
Wilmes family Christmas - Upon our return from Ohio, we celebrated Christmas with Aaron's parents - aka Grandma and Grandpa Wilmes. It was a fun day that included a wonderful meal, opening presents and nice conversation. The boys came home with more toys and have enjoyed them ever since!
