Fritz's Diner - Braden, Reece, Grandma and mom all went to Fritz's diner for lunch after going to Hallmark. Mom had to show off Reece to her co-workers. We then went to lunch where our food was delivered by a train. It was fun!

Cool Shades

"Eyes" - that is what Braden calls his new sunglasses. He's looking pretty cool in these shades and enjoys wearing them around town.

Potty Time

I've got to "pooh" - Braden has become very interested in the potty. He's great at telling his mom and dad AFTER the fact that he needs to go potty but it's a start. Pretty smart boy for not even being two yet!

One day he told Grandma Gens he needed to go potty so she took him. Mom didn't think he went but quickly found out that he did when her hand got wet when cleaning it out. She was more surprised than Braden which is the photo that should be posted. The look on her face was funny but no camera was around...ha ha!

Whose boss?

First words - Reece is letting us know who is boss. It was great to hear him cry.

Reece David has arrived

It's a Boy! - A new addition to our family was born in July 10th.

Reece David arrived at 5:03pm and weighed 8lbs 11oz and was 20" long.

Already strong and in love with his dad....he's holding on to Aaron's finger.

Puzzle fun

Puzzle skills - Mom and dad are quite impressed with my puzzle skills. I just love to do them and at 21months have mastered this one. What will be next???

Four special words

I made mommy's heart melt tonight. Mommy has told me a million times since the day I was born that she loves me. Well, tonight I surprised her!

Before going to bed, she said "I love you Braden" and in response I said "I love you mama". She just looked at daddy for confirmation and he heard it too. Now she's trying to get me to repeat it but I only use those words on special occassions!!
